After about two months, I have finally received my Payoneer ur über slow postal service. And they did not deliver it at home. Instead, I had to go there to see if my it has arrived. Turned out, it had been sleeping at the post office for more than a week.

I did not activate it right away because I was not expecting to receive from ReviewMe.com until the end of the month. I waited for a few more days until I received a notice from Payooner.com that they are waiting for me to activated my card. I did it today.

I also tried using linking it to Paypal but after hitting the button, a message flahed saying that the bank that issued my card denied the transaction and advised that I contact the bank's support department for information. I sent a message but I'm expecting a reply within two banking days so I will receive an explanation probably on Tuesday.

There are still some stuff that I don't understand about owning a credit or a debit card. I still have to learn about balance transfers. Hell, I have heard of something like that before.

I don't actually know if it would be better if I use the card to receive payments from ReviewMe. My friend Jehz, says that it would be better but I'm not sure...not until I will have tried it. I'm worried  because I will be paid in dollars. I'm not sure if withdrawing it in peso would be no fee balance transfers.

I'm going to Dumaguete for a summer camp tomorrow and will be back after a week. That means, I would not be online for a week. I would not be able to know that answer to the query I sent Payoneer about the issue with Paypal. I hope tranfering credits from Paypal to my card would be a 0 apr balance transfer.

It's my first card; I hope it would give me only positive experience.
