some info from my nanay

I am home.

I still went to the office today because I had to print the manuals, etc. But I left early to catch the last ride home.

I called the mother of my tutee and I was glad that she understood me right away. She didn't ask me further about anything. She told me to come to her office because she will give something. I am planning to bring Leni along so I could introduce her to my tutees mom.

I was home at about 8pm. I noticed that our sari-sari store was almost empty. Nanay cheerily greeted me, suprised of my coming home on a weekday. She prepared a dinner for me: Fried eggplant and a can of tuna, and a cup of coffee.

She was very excited of the idea that I'll be staying here for work. However, I've learned from here that the school admin might be asking an amount from me. I was taken aback.

Never would I pay such an amount just to be employed. Never.

But I'm not judging the school. I'll still wait and see; I'll be meeting the principal tomorrow. If my Nanay is right, I would gladly go back to NDMU. My boss has told me about my promotion should I decide to continue.

On the lighter side of things, my Nanay also told me that my niece who took the recent Nursing Board exam almost made it to the top ten. She topped the batch from her school, her admins told her. She will be having her thankgiving this Sunday. She asked me to sponsor the drinks. Haha.

Have a great day, everyone!

ariel scrached his head at 11:24 pm and poof, here's a post!

Icka, you don't have to understand it. Wla silang hiningi. It was just a bad rumor. Sabi ko na nga ba i should not judge my school.

Mykl, young niece ko na yun yung valedictorian namin sa high school. She is very smart tlga. Di lang talaga nakapasok sa top ten. sayang.

Wee! Glad you're back home!

Wow, your niece almost got into the top 10? Coolness. I have dreamed of that. Pero God seemingly wants a different path for me. :) Ahohoho.

Teka, weird 'yun ah, magbabayad ikaw para ma-employ ka? Hrrmm...
